1. Cancellation Policy (Before Delivery) If you wish to cancel an order after it has been confirmed but before it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at info@outdoor-lounge.ch.

Cancellation Fee: Per our General Terms and Conditions, cancelling a confirmed order incurs a cancellation fee of CHF 250.00.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Right of Return Upon Delivery We offer a "Risk-Free" shopping experience. Upon delivery (or pickup), you have the right to inspect the furniture.

Refusal at Delivery: If the furniture does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you may refuse acceptance immediately while the driver is present.

Condition: The goods must be in their original, unused condition.

Costs: If you refuse delivery of faultless goods, you may be responsible for the delivery and administrative costs incurred.
3. Returns After Acceptance Once the delivery note is signed and the goods are accepted, the sale is considered final.

No "Change of Mind" Returns: Consistent with Swiss law and our Terms & Conditions, the exchange or return of faultless goods after acceptance is excluded. Please measure your space carefully and utilize our 3D Lounge Planner before ordering.

Exceptions: Returns are only permitted in the case of incorrect deliveries (e.g., wrong color/model delivered).
4. Damaged or Defective Goods

Deluxe Delivery: You must inspect the furniture while the assembly team is on-site. Any defects or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt immediately.

Curbside Delivery / Pickup: You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any transit damages or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing (with photos) to
info@outdoor-lounge.chwithin 24 hours. -
Resolution: In the event of a defect, Outdoor Lounge reserves the right to repair (rectify) the item first. If repair is not possible, we will replace the defective part.
5. Warranty Claims (24 Months) We provide a statutory warranty of 24 months starting from the date of delivery.

Coverage: The warranty covers construction and material defects (e.g., frame breakage, rust on aluminum).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Natural softening of Quick Dry Foam over time.

Fabric wrinkles resulting from use.

Damage caused by improper care, storms, or third-party influence.

Process: Warranty claims are handled via repair or part replacement. Refund claims are excluded unless the defect cannot be remedied.
6. Outlet & Sale Items Items purchased from our "Outlet" section or marked as "Final Sale" are excluded from the warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.
