1. General Information Outdoor Lounge delivers exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not offer international shipping. All furniture is dispatched from our Swiss warehouse in Uznach.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options At checkout, you will be offered three delivery methods. Please choose the one that best fits your schedule and service needs.

Option A: Free Curbside Delivery (Standard)

  • Cost: CHF 0.00 (Free)

  • Delivery Time: 21 – 28 Working Days

  • Service Level: 1-Man Delivery.

  • Details: The furniture is unloaded from the truck and left at the curbside (bordsteinkante). The driver will not carry the furniture into your garden, house, or up stairs.

  • Packaging: Disposal of packaging materials is not included.

Option B: Deluxe Express Delivery (Recommended)

  • Cost: CHF 190.00

  • Delivery Time: 3 – 7 Working Days

  • Weekend Option: Order by Wednesday 15:00 to receive delivery by the following Saturday.

  • Service Level: 2-Man Full Service.

  • Details: The team will carry the furniture to your desired location (garden, terrace, balcony), assemble it, and set it up.

  • Packaging: We remove and dispose of all packaging materials for you.

Option C: Self-Pickup (Uznach)

  • Cost: CHF 0.00

  • Location: Outdoor Lounge Warehouse, Uznach.

  • Details: Pickup is by appointment only. You are responsible for loading the furniture into your vehicle and disposing of any packaging.

3. Order Processing & Scheduling After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  1. Dispatch Call: Within 2–3 days of your order, our Dispatch Team (043 541 45 73) will contact you via phone or email to schedule a precise delivery date.

  2. Time Windows:

    • Standard Delivery: 08:00 – 16:30 (Exact Day).

    • Deluxe Delivery: Precise 2.5-hour time slot.

4. Access Requirements

  • Truck Access: The delivery address must be accessible by a delivery truck.

  • Furniture Size: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the furniture fits through entrances, staircases, and doors.

  • Furniture Lifts: We do not provide furniture lifts. If a lift is required to reach your terrace/balcony, you must organize this separately.

  • Narrow Access: If the entrance is too narrow, the courier is authorized to leave the goods in front of the building.

5. Cancellations & Missed Deliveries Please adhere to the agreed delivery time.

  • Free Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your delivery appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of CHF 150.00.

  • Missed Delivery: If our driver arrives at the agreed time and no one is present to receive the goods, the full delivery costs plus the administrative fee will be charged for a second attempt.

6. Damages & Inspection

  • Deluxe Delivery: Please inspect the furniture immediately while the team is on-site. Any defects or missing items must be noted on the delivery note before signing.

  • Curbside/Pickup: Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any transit damage or defects must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours.
